The teaching was all I expected to be and more. The theory classes of the basic concepts by Dr. Sapna were excellent. The practical teachings also gave me the skills to give any type of massage or treatment. I can say that after a month of studies I have the tools to diagnose of common ailments and give correct treatments. I can also say that the care and attention from the doctors was most valuable for me. I end up not only with a diploma but also with a nice friendship.

The course was excellent and interesting. It gave me a good knowledge about Ayurveda and different types of massages. Indeed Ayurvedic treatments and massages have got good affect on our body. I myself have experienced it and it made me more energetic. Ayurveda is way of living and should be taught from the school itself to make our community healthy. Today i took dhara bath with oil. It was really relaxing. I had to laydown abd got oil all over me. The two ladies who treated me were very nice. It was a good feeling on my head, the oil going from left to right. Now afte it I feel total relax. I feel good.

Before I joined P.V.A School of Ayurvedic Massage and panchakarma Therapy course, I had only very little knowledge about ayurveda .Now I under stood Ayurveda is a vast subject of ancient science. I have learned what I wanted to learn in a short span of period. I am thankful to the experienced doctors from the institute who really helped me to learn at a faster phase. More over the training wing is attached to the P.V.A ayurvedic Multy speciality nursing home that really helped me to see myself how effectively Panchakarma Therapy & various massages are working to the patients admitted in the hospital, thanks to faculty members for the able guidance. Good institute to learn and to get treated.
