  • Recommending appropriate food and dietary guidelines to promote and restore balance based on prakriti, vikriti, agni (digestive fire), and ama (undigested material).
  • Teaching and supporting the client to implement proper dietary guidelines into their lives.
  • Prescribing specific foods and spices, teaching proper rituals of eating, and adapting diet to the season and age of the client.
  • Adaptation of new food habits.
