I initially booked a 1-week training course (theoretical and practical). However, Dr. POILAN Abdurahaman arranged an intensive training course for me until my last day, spanning almost 3 weeks, as I was initially the only student. I truly appreciated this; it was great.

To become a very good student, you need the best teachers, as only they can truly foster excellent students. Dr. ABISHITHA is a young teacher, yet she is incredibly professional, friendly, and truly the best. She makes you feel very comfortable during the class.
I appreciated this place and the quality of the teachers so much that I've chosen to book additional training courses.

At 60, I was perhaps the youngest student here, perhaps due to the rejuvenation therapy🤣

Before doing Pancha Karma, the only experience I had with Ayurveda was listening to my wife talk about it. At her insistence and because she was concerned about my health, we came to PVA for their treatments. My approach was that this would be an experience. My health problems consisted of being over weight (116 kg./260 lbs.) and having high blood pressure (averaging 150/90).
The treatment consisted of different types of massages, herbal medicine, diet adjustment (vegetarian based with controlled portions), and yoga. Thanks to the work of Doctor Poilan, Doctor Akhila, Ellys, Suragh, and Sudheep, after three weeks of treatment, I had lost 7.2kg (16 lbs.) my average blood pressure became 120/80, and we worked out a plan for reducing reliance on allopathic medication. Final weight was 108.8 kg (244 lbs.). Upon preparing to leave, my wife and I were given Dr. Poilan's notes on how to best continue our health journey.

First time I came across the PVA college and clinic three years ago looking for online Ayurvedic courses. I took one course with them, then another one, getting more and more fascinated with Ayurveda. This year, with my husband we decided to take a 21 day Panchakarma. We had an idea about Panchakarma and were eager to experience it at the PVA clinic as it holds the highest standards of traditional and authentic Ayurveda method. All our health goals were met, we greatly enjoyed our daily massages and treatments done by the skillful therapists. We met an extremely knowledgeable Dr Poilan and the kindest Dr Akhila who were always available to answer our questions. An incredible team of massage therapists and therapists in training were taking care of our daily needs. My special thanks to Sreeshna and Shyni, you both have very intuitive and skillful hands, I'm very grateful for having you to heal my issues. Without a doubt, coming to PVA was one of our best decisions on a way of improving our health holistically. The hospital is at a very calming place next to a lake. Everyone is professional, they are in good hands by a very experienced ayurvedic doctor! On our short trip there we got a 3 day relaxing treatment (full body massages and others) that changed us both in and out. This Ayurvedic hospital is a hidden gem. If you look for a real authentic Ayurvedic clinic in a family environment, look no further. Second floor has cozy rooms, typical Indian hardwood beds, and a view to die for. Ground floor has cooler rooms and garden view, Doctor Poilan looks after the garden personally. Food is healthy and moderate. Bear in mind, this is not a luxurious beauty Kerala clinic, this is an authentic Kannur clinic for healing and cleaning processes to take place.
